Terms of Use for the Ramura-style Model

These are the terms of use for the MMD models for which I was responsible for distribution, management, and modeling.
 

Please use the models within the scope of the terms of use for the stages and sound sources used, in addition to this page.
 

In the event of any conflict with the character's terms of use, the character's terms of use shall take precedence.
 

Furthermore, the Japanese terms of use shall take precedence.

Article 1 (Definition)

The following terms are used in these Terms and Conditions:

Works

"Works" refers to all content created using this service.

Posting

"Posting" refers to the act of a user uploading or publishing their work to social media, websites, or other online platforms.

This Content

"This Content" refers to all data, text, images, videos, audio, programs, etc., provided in connection with this service.

Doujin activities

"Doujin activities" refer to non-commercial creative activities carried out by voluntary groups or sole proprietors without the involvement of individuals or corporations.

Article 2 (Terms of Use)

  1. By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
     

  2. By downloading, posting, or engaging in any other activity related to this content, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service.
     

  3. Users must use this service at their own risk.

Article 3 (Prohibited matters)

When using this service, you must not engage in the following actions:

  1. Creating or posting works that violate public order and morals
     

  2. Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other rights of others
     

  3. Providing false information
     

  4. Creating works with political or religious connotations (this does not apply to general folk events)
     

  5. Using this service for machine learning such as AI

  6. ​

  7. Using this service for commercial activities or corporate activities
     

  8. Engaging in illegal or criminal activities using this service
     

  9. Public display of works requiring age restrictions in public places (including the internet)
     

  10. However, this is permitted only if appropriate age restrictions and zoning are implemented and within the scope that does not violate the terms of use for characters, etc.
     

  11. Use in VRChat
     

  12. Reproducing, reprinting, redistributing, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling all or part of this service
     

  13. Using AI or other technologies for the purpose of illegally using this service
     

  14. Acts that violate the terms of use for the original characters of this service
     

  15. Acts that violate laws or these terms, or acts that Ramura deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Rights and Obligations)

  1. Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to this service and its content belong to their respective rightful owners.
     

  2. Copyrights to works created by users using this service generally belong to the user or the existing rights holder.
     

  3. However, the user grants Ramura and the rightful owners the right to use such works free of charge for the operation and improvement of this service, as well as for promotional and public relations activities (including reproduction, distribution, public transmission, adaptation, etc.).
     

  4. The user agrees not to exercise moral rights of authorship with respect to the use of copyrights by Ramura and the rightful owners pursuant to the preceding paragraph.

Article 5 (Regarding Submissions)

  1. When posting a work, users must clearly state the name of Ramura and this service in the description or other appropriate section.
     

  2. Users are solely responsible for handling any complaints or disputes from third parties regarding their posted works at their own expense, and must not cause any inconvenience or damage to Ramura.

Article 6 (Restrictions on Use)

  1. If a user violates these Terms of Service, Ramura reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the user's access, and to refuse future access, without prior notice.
     

  2. If Ramura or a third party suffers damage due to a user's violation, the user shall be liable for compensating all such damages.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. Ramura does not guarantee that this service will always function properly, and makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or legality of the content or services provided.
     

  2. Ramura assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by users as a result of using this service (including data loss, system failures, and other disadvantages).
     

  3. Ramura assumes no responsibility if the provision of this service becomes difficult due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, etc.).

Article 8 (Amendment of the Regulations)

Ramura may change these Terms of Service at any time, and the revised Terms of Service will become effective from the time Ramura posts them on this service. Users will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms of Service and will continue to use this service.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. The formation, validity, interpretation, and performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.
     

  2. Any disputes arising in connection with this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.

Article 10 (Possibility of Separation)

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
